Henri’s son Sam Mouron builds his reputation as a skilled metalworker, producing lighting and store fixtures in Indianapolis and laying the groundwork for a multigenerational manufacturing business.
Late 1940s
Momentum returns
After World War II, returning family members find prewar jobs gone, but Sam has orders waiting. Material shortages had slowed production, not demand, and the family steps in to help carry the work forward.
1954
Official founding date
With decades of hands-on fixture experience behind it, the family business formalizes a new chapter in 1954 — the founding date Mouron now carries forward as part of its brand story.
1950s–1980s
Leadership transition
After Sam passes away, his son-in-law Ken Lloyd takes the lead and steers the business for decades, sustaining the family’s reputation for dependable manufacturing and customer service.
1990
National growth
Kerry Creek steps in to lead operations in 1990 and helps expand the company’s reputation nationwide, strengthening Mouron Equipment Company's position as a trusted source for point-of-sale support equipment.
Today
The current chapter
After more than 35 years of leadership, Kerry retires and the business enters a new era with Forecast Sales Inc. Mouron Equipment Company becomes known as Mouron Point-Of-Sale Fixtures and continues with deeper resources, manufacturing strength, and the same long view of craftsmanship and innovation.
